Your account

You need an account to use the agent. Keep your sign-in details private; anything done from your account is treated as done by you. You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live.

What the agent does

Robinative searches and compares options and presents them to you. Shopping results, including prices, savings and delivery estimates, are AI-generated and may not match what a retailer is currently offering. Check the details before you approve a purchase.

Spending and approval

The agent only spends inside the rules on your account: the ask-above amount, the daily limit, and your auto-buy setting. You are responsible for the rules you set and for purchases you approve. Your USDG balance is used in the order purchases are made.

Acceptable use

Do not use Robinative to buy anything illegal, to attempt fraud, or to overload or interfere with the service. We may suspend an account that does.

Availability

We work to keep the service running but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Features can change as the product develops.
